Delivery & Setup

• ✓RV is delivered and fully set up at your campsite — you just show up and enjoy.
• ✓$100 delivery fee — mandatory, applied to every reservation.
• ✓$100 cleaning & prep fee — mandatory, applied to every reservation.
• ✓Service area: campgrounds within 35 miles of Ocean City, MD. Contact us to confirm your campground before booking.

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ daysFull refund, less a $50 processing fee.

The $300 security deposit is always fully refundable when you cancel — regardless of timing — provided no damage has occurred.

Security Deposit

• ✓$300 charged at booking — fully refundable.
• ✓Returned within 5–7 business days after your rental ends, following a successful inspection.
• ✗Deductions may apply for: damage beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning required, or lost/missing items.

Pet Policy

• ✓Pets are welcome in select RVs with prior approval.
• ✓$50/pet fee — maximum 2 pets per reservation.
• ✗Pets must not be left unattended inside the RV.
• ✗Any damage caused by pets will be deducted from the security deposit.

Generator Usage

• ✓Available to rent at $20/day.
• ✓Required to operate air conditioning and microwave.
• →Generator hours must comply with your campground's quiet hours policy.
• →Fuel is the renter's responsibility.

Guest Responsibilities

• ✓Treat the RV with care — you are responsible for any damage during your rental.
• ✓Follow all campground rules and local regulations.
• ✗Do not exceed the stated sleeping capacity.
• ✗No smoking inside any RV.
• ✓Return the RV in the same condition it was delivered.
