Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about renting an RV with us.
How many RVs do you rent?+
This summer of 2025, we have 6 campers that we rent.
How do I rent an RV from you?+
Our website features each RV Model. It lists the capacity and the amenities in each. Fill out the reservation form completely. We will contact you within 24 hours and confirm your reservation. We deliver the campers. All you do is show up and camp!
What time should I arrive? What happens when I do arrive? Pick up time?+
We like to schedule deliveries around your arrival time, which is close to the campground's registration time. However, it's best to communicate with us 2–3 days prior to the start of your vacation, so we can schedule your delivery time. Our window is typically between 12–4, depending on the campground & our schedule for that day. We will meet you at your campsite, unless alternate arrangements are discussed. Pick up time is strictly at 10.
What do you stock in the RV? Can you make special arrangements for items such as firewood or ice?+
Pots and pans, utensils for cooking, plates, cups and silverware. A toaster, coffee pot and microwave are included for your use also. You must bring food, snacks, drinks, beer etc. We can plan to provide you with such items as firewood and ice.
How much does it cost to rent an RV?+
Camper rental prices vary from $110.00 to $150.00 per night, 3 nights minimum. $110 delivery/setup fee includes dumping the grey and black water tanks (for stays of 7 nights or more, we provide one-time black tank dumping and fresh water refill). There is also a $100 preparation/propane/cleaning/insurance fee. A $300 deposit is due at time of booking. The total rental amount is due one week prior to check-in.
How do we pay for the rental?+
Payment may be made by cash, debit card, or credit card (Visa, American Express, or MasterCard). A $300 reservation deposit is collected at time of reservation. The total rental amount is due one week prior to check-in. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the reservation deposit.
Do I get a tour of the camper?+
We would love to give in-person tours upon your arrival. However, in certain circumstances we may give a tour over the phone if your arrival doesn't coincide with our delivery.
Do you reserve the campsite or do we?+
You must reserve your campground site. We offer suggestions for local campgrounds — if you have another place in mind, contact us and we'll do our best to serve you.
Do I need to bring linens or cleaning supplies? What do you supply?+
Pillows, cleaning supplies, hand soap, dish towels and dish soap are provided, and we expect the rental to be neat and tidy upon return. You need to bring your own bed linen and towels. We do rent them out if needed.
What do you recommend we bring?+
Blankets, bed sheets, towels, clothes, personal care items, food, beach/pool towels, bug spray, and sunblock are the main things you need for a wonderful camping adventure.
